Suffolk Park is a major allocated employment site in Bury St Edmunds with outline planning consent for up to 2 million sq ft (185,806 sq m) of B1 and B8 uses.

Suffolk Park Enterprise Zone offers a high quality business environment allowing a mix of Grade A office, Research & Development, B1 light industrial and B8 Warehouse & Trade Counter space as well as other business space uses.

Suffolk Business Park will provide approximately 68ha of strategic employment land and high-quality business space as well as an Enterprise Zone.

The Park is located on the east side of Bury St Edmunds, immediately north of the A14, a national and international trade link. The Port of Felixstowe is 40 miles to the east and Cambridge 30 miles to the west. There is direct access via Junction 45 of the A14 and
mainline rail services operate from Bury St Edmunds.
