The EpiCentre in Cambridge is not your usual workplace.

The new 30,000 sq ft four-storey EpiCentre is strategically located on the Haverhill Research Park, within easy reach of Cambridge City Centre and is part of the South Cambridge Business Technology Cluster.

It has over 60 office suites available, from small offices 3+ workstations to custom-built spaces up to 750 sq ft, including three flexible shared purpose-built laboratory spaces with access to specialist equipment, together with conference and meetings rooms, training facilities and a ‘work-hub’ area for shared working.  These suites are supplemented by communal breakout spaces, a café, and meeting and conference rooms.

An integral part of its offer is innovation services to entrepreneurs, including business planning advice, coaching and mentoring.  The EpiCentre offers access to a dedicated Innovation Director, Babita Devi, an entrepreneur with over 25 years’ experience from a broad range of industries, and founder of two start-ups.  EpiCentre tenants will have access to Babita to offer advice on how to best commercialise their products and services, help make connections to support growth and coaches business owners’ to step into a progressive version of what the business needs as it expands.  The EpiCentre also manages investment networks that link investors with entrepreneurs seeking funding from £20,000 to £2m.
