The EpiCentre in Haverhill is not your usual workplace.

The new 30,000 sq ft four-storey EpiCentre is strategically located on the Haverhill Research Park, within easy reach of Cambridge City Centre and is part of the South Cambridge Business Technology Cluster.

It has over 60 office suites available, from small offices 3+ workstations to custom-built spaces up to 750 sq ft, including three flexible shared purpose-built laboratory spaces with access to specialist equipment, together with conference and meetings rooms, training facilities and a ‘work-hub’ area for shared working.  These suites are supplemented by communal breakout spaces, a café, and meeting and conference rooms.

The shared labs come fully kitted out with specialist equipment, perfect for tissue culturing, microbiology research and more.

The EpiCentre offers access to a dedicated Innovation Director.  EpiCentre tenants will have access to advice on how to best commercialise their products and services, help make connections to support growth and coach business owners’ to step into a progressive version of what the business needs as it expands.
