The Thetford Urban Extension is a major mixed-use development site on the northern side of Thetford, adjacent to the A11. The town’s railway station, with connections to Norwich, Cambridge and London, is also close by.
The employment site element totals some 55 acres and is situated in three locations within this major sustainable urban extension, which also includes a planned 5,000 home development. The scheme is planned to be delivered in five phases over a 20-25 year period.
Opportunity
Set within an attractive mixed development, including housing, local retail, allotments, playing fields and publicly accessible parkland, this development will be attractive to companies looking for a new build, in an affordable, well-serviced location with good transport links.
The employment site element totals some 22 hectares and is situated in three locations within this major sustainable urban extension, which also includes a 5,000 home development, the first phase of which is now being built. The scheme is planned to be delivered in a total of five phases over a 20-25 year period.
