Tech community welcome the first Norwich Tech & Beer

All enjoyed a great night at the first Tech & Beer Norwich

Thursday 28th saw the tech community welcome the first Norwich Tech & Beer event hosted by the Innovator Network, at Fuel Studios. A sold event it was a fantastic fun filled and informative evening of tech talk, beer and networking.

With a relentless focus on creating a culture of insight and innovation through collaboration it was made for the innovative and creative City of Norwich. The aim of the events are to create connections between fellow tech, digital, science and innovator professionals in a collaborative, positive and engaging environment.

The event was held at unique workspace at Fuel Studios, managed TCN UK Limited. With an opening speech and review of tech news from Tech East’s Tim Robinson, and talks from amazing founders from organisations such as Reading Mate, UX Cambridge, Thyngs, Akcela and SKC Games, it was a fantastic night.

Kent Height, Founder and Producer of the event said “I have wanted to come to Norwich for some time, as I love the City and know there is a great community and thriving innovation and tech scene and tech community. Tonight has proved it and I can’t wait for more and to meet and hear from more of these fantastic people and businesses. It was fantastic to feel so welcome.”

The Tech Corridor was proud to be one of the sponsors of the inaugural Norwich Tech & Beer event along side SKC Games Studio, Howes Percival and Akcela.

Plans are afoot for the Christmas event in Norwich, so watch out for the announcements and sign up as soon as you see it as tickets will go fast! The event is free, so there is no reason not to give it a go.
