Cambridge Innovation Park is a growing technology park just outside Cambridge, which is home to the Incubyte business incubator
Cambridge Innovation Park combines premium serviced office space with additional amenities to create an ideal environment for high-tech companies.
From their very inception through to the point at which they need to start scaling up and beyond – facilities at the park are focused around the needs of members.
Based on their North site at Stirling House is Incubyte; a technology business incubator and provider of flexible office and coworking space.
Future plans
Immediate growth plans include the extension of IncubyteSpace at Stirling House which already houses dedicated office space within a shared coworking space environment. Incubyte will continue to provide coworking space designed to support and grow SMEs, startups and freelancers doubling in size with new additional office space opening in March 2020.
Looking a little further ahead, Cambridge Innovation Parks have three further phases of development, pictured in CGI above, planned for the Waterbeach site as well as a growing business incubator homed at our Cambridge North site managed by Incubyte.
Additional land has also been secured for sites in the South and West of Cambridge – completion is estimated for 2024. Within five years of commencement, Cambridge Innovation Parks plans to have invested into the local economy, created hundreds of local jobs and secured premises for over 100 of Cambridge’s fastest growing companies.
Sector focus
Whilst the wider Cambridge Innovation Parks network does not have a specific sector focus, Incubyte are working hard to create wider network connections with companies involved in the development of clean technology solutions. By establishing Stirling House at Cambridge Innovation Park North as a Clean Tech Hub for companies operating within this sector, they would aim to speed up development and growth through the provision of business services and networking capabilities.
With this in mind, companies at Cambridge Innovation Park are encouraged to adopt a clear focus on sustainability.

It has always been a mission of Cambridge Innovation Parks to provide facilities that promote a good work life balance. Onsite, you will find:
- Modern gym facilities (free access to permanent IncubyteSpace members)
- Spa facilities including hot tub, steam/sauna and a beauty salon
- Cafe, bistro and landscaped grounds
- Ample car parking with electric car charging pods
2020 will also see further site developments to include child care facilities creating a better and more flexible working environment.

Companies based at Cambridge Innovation Park North are varied and encompass an interesting variety of technology solutions. Tenants range from from large multinational technology companies to plucky startups looking to grow and expand.
